Reflection 6 : Employee Learning & Development (ELD)


          
ELD system currently useful in the company because it can recommend the training program that suitable and periodic the performance appraisal towards the employees, analyze the succeed program that occur in the company, employee career development (know the future planning of the career on the specific position of employee) and can develop the employee training which is align with their career development. By using this ELD system, there are the several components that stated and also consist the analysis of the organization towards employee training (employee personal information, employee performance – before& after training, TOT and program evaluation).
            However, the function of this system give the much information to the employee regarding on the due date of training that they must attend, training calendar, who are the SME that responsible to the training program and the method that use in the training program. Through this system, the HR and employee can know whether they fulfill the criteria or the needed of the company when they attend the training and they should transfer the training to the organization.
            Besides that, the HR can use this system for the program evaluation which is it consist of the qualitative in nature and assess how training, learning and development that can be increase the more effective and efficient. The employee also can know if the TOT is occurred in the organization through their task. Employees also can see their grad of performance before and after the training, and it also can give the motivation to employee to improve their performance after attend the training.
