Pattern2 member yg Pernah MissWardah jumpa....

Adakalanya apabila kita berkawan, x pernah rasa mnta dibalas dengan apa2, tetapi pattern kawan2 sekarang ada yg respect kwn lain d'sebabkan DUIT...if kawan ada DUIT, hormat bukan main..Tp if kawan tu hutang sikit, ungkit punya la berjela2, n cari kesalahn kawan tu sndiri..PATUTKAH?? sedangkan kita semua tahu bahawa dalam persahabatan perlulah IKHLAS..pakar ada mengatakan bahawa 'Diri kamu adalah siapa KAWAN kamu'..bila jumpa kwn mcm nih, baik x pyah nk rapat sgt la kn...kadang2 bila kita jenis x brpe nk kisah bab duit2 nih, kwn2 kita yg pijak kepala..dgn kita punya kedekut, tetapi bila kita halalkn j, punya la suka bagai lak an..Ya ALLAH...lama2 diri kita pon terikut menjadi s'org yg tamak + kedekut + mengungkit...minta2 d'jauhkan..
Semoga kita bertemu dengan kawan yg dapat mengajak kita untuk mendekatkan diri kepada ALLAH..amin..

SUMMARY for HRIS subject


As far as I learn from this subject that the all organization critically use the system for their management and also give the employee basic skill of the computerize and the users can achieve what needed in that company. As long, this subject expose to students the specific system that easier towards the management and also reduce the burden of the HR function as before being done by manually system.
This HRIS subject that consist fully of the system that created to give the information to the employee as their function of the HR which is the ELD system (give the easier function training program and the training performance to the employee and HR), Online Induction System (give the induction program information and the fully company information to the new employees) . I realize that how important this subject if we enter to the organization and they use the advance technology to the HR function and role.
Lastly, THANK YOU SO MUCH to my lecturer and my tutor that always support and give the simple example of the current system that occurs in the organization.

Reflection 6 : Employee Learning & Development (ELD)


          
ELD system currently useful in the company because it can recommend the training program that suitable and periodic the performance appraisal towards the employees, analyze the succeed program that occur in the company, employee career development (know the future planning of the career on the specific position of employee) and can develop the employee training which is align with their career development. By using this ELD system, there are the several components that stated and also consist the analysis of the organization towards employee training (employee personal information, employee performance – before& after training, TOT and program evaluation).
            However, the function of this system give the much information to the employee regarding on the due date of training that they must attend, training calendar, who are the SME that responsible to the training program and the method that use in the training program. Through this system, the HR and employee can know whether they fulfill the criteria or the needed of the company when they attend the training and they should transfer the training to the organization.
            Besides that, the HR can use this system for the program evaluation which is it consist of the qualitative in nature and assess how training, learning and development that can be increase the more effective and efficient. The employee also can know if the TOT is occurred in the organization through their task. Employees also can see their grad of performance before and after the training, and it also can give the motivation to employee to improve their performance after attend the training.

Reflection 5 : HRP Recruiting & Staffing


 Now a day, the ordinary man or public can easily find the job through the internet. All the company uses the e-recruitment as one of their online system to find the right people to fill the job vacancies in organization and at the same time it can reduce the number of employee’s turnover. The company also can advertise the job vacancies to the user via the internet and the candidates can easily submit their CV on that website. The component that provided in this system mostly are related to the job opportunity and the criteria of the candidates that must to fulfill by them.
I think this system can give the high job vacancies and easily the process regarding the recruitment process and the admin can faster update the requirement that needed by company and company can shortlisted the submission of the form.
Towards this can reduce the cost for the advertisement, give the quality and quantity of applicants. By this system also must be navigability which is the component in the website must be clear have GUI (Graphical User Interface). The candidates can easily find the sources and search the information that needed by them to this company which are about the payroll, benefit that provided and etc. The users can self-selection and the component of this system must aesthetics features and usability when they click on the button of the components. On this system, the candidates can know about the hiring process, deployment (putting person in the department) and the retention on the company.
            Through this system there are some advantages and disadvantage that can occur such as the candidate was get the overload information and can’t choose the specific information, the company can get the forecast employees and also can maintain the qualified workers.
            However, I truly understand that this system give the easier process in order to hiring and fulfill the job vacancies and also GUI in the system much more important to user search on it.



Reflection 4 : ONLINE INDUCTION SYSTEM



     
The online induction was the system that created by the company which is easily to expose, manage and reporting the induction process to the new employee and expose them with the environment of the organization. Other than that, in the induction system, there have a several components that introduce the function of HR to the new employees such as the training induction program, compensation & benefit, training & development, performance appraisal and recruitment & selection.
            One of the components that are more important is induction program or e-induction. It is this component were exposed to the new employees about the types of induction program as a basic training that provided by organization such as the corporate culture, corporate strategy, organizational structure, personnel welfare system, security, safety & health, core product knowledge and etc.
            Although, in the induction system there also expose to the employee about the mission, vision and the philosophy of the organization ant make the new employee clear about the background of the company. The employee can also directly call to the company if there have any question regarding the induction or the company policy by use the number given in component ‘Contact Us’.
            I realize that this system gain more advantages rather than disadvantage. The advantages that can be seen on this system are save the time of manager and the new employees to attend the basic training induction which is the new employees can’t disturb the senior employee’s in order to ask about the company background and the policy that stated in the company. It also can give the employee opportunity to self- independent to always alert with updating information that occur on the system. The system induction also must be the user friendly online interface and more attractive to use by employees.
